Fixes an error like this:

[rank5]:   File "/usr/local/lib/python3.10/dist-packages/multistorageclient/config.py", line 1489, in from_file
[rank5]:     merged_config["profiles"][profile] = implicit_profile_config["profiles"][profile]
[rank5]: KeyError: 'default'

which appears when upgrading MSC from 0.40.0 to 0.41.0
