Allows testing with feature branches before they're merged. Defaults to 'main' for production use. Usage: - Testing: Set data_engineering_branch = 'ar-gis-packaging' - Production: Leave default (main) or omit
Use absolute path with ${{ github.workspace }} instead of relative path.
Set PRODUCT_METADATA_REPO_PATH per-step instead of job-level.
Fixes: FileNotFoundError when looking for product-metadata/metadata.yml
