v0.2.0: Data expansion and other fixes

This update includes several major updates to the PTM mapping and projection pipeline that work to expand the overall coverage of the procedure:

1. More rigorously match to the canonical UniProt isoform by accessing REST API
2. Expand total number of ptms by integrating newest PhosphoSitePlus data
3. Also pulled PTM data from alternative UniProt isoforms, rather than just canonical isoforms
4. Various other bug fixes and changes to match new data
