Sono - Beta 1.9.0

Multiple bugfixes, and the development of a package manager.

Currently two packages:
Sono Linguistics Package
Sono Neural Network Package

Once again, release covers Windows. Other systems will have to use the .jar file built form the source.

Sono - Beta 1.8.5

First release - includes libraries and executable for Windows. For other systems, for now the best option is to build from the source.
