What does this do?

Patch bump for next and eslint-config-next in dashboards/open-brain-dashboard-next/ from 16.2.1 to 16.2.4. No behavior changes — patch versions within Next 16.x are drop-in. Vercel and any other Node host continue to deploy unchanged.

This is a tiny prerequisite for downstream tooling that pins next>=16.2.3 (notably the @opennextjs/cloudflare adapter for Cloudflare Workers deploy support, which I'm planning as a follow-up PR). Splitting it out so that change can land as a clean opt-in and this can be reviewed on its own merits.

Requirements

None — no new dependencies, no schema changes, no environment variables. Just a version bump.

Checklist

  • I've read CONTRIBUTING.md
  • No credentials, API keys, or secrets are included
  • I tested this on my own Open Brain instance (dashboard builds and runs locally + deploys end-to-end against my Open Brain)

Patch bump within Next 16.x (16.2.1 → 16.2.4, plus matching
eslint-config-next). No behavior or API changes — Vercel and any other
Node host continue to deploy unchanged.

This unblocks downstream tooling that requires next>=16.2.3 (e.g. the
@opennextjs/cloudflare adapter) without forcing a major-version
upgrade or a --legacy-peer-deps workaround.
