💡 What: Added keyboard accessibility attributes (tabindex, role, aria-label) and event handlers (focus, blur, click, keydown) to the custom div-based file drop zone.
🎯 Why: To ensure that keyboard-only users and screen readers can interact with and understand the custom drop zone, providing functional parity with native file inputs.
Accessibility: Added keyboard focus indicators, screen reader announcements, and Enter/Space key support.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 8041930103384883731 started by @Nawayisus

Added `tabindex="0"`, `role="button"`, and `aria-label` to the custom file drop zone to make it accessible to keyboard users and screen readers. Additionally, mapped `focus` and `blur` events to visual highlight functions and added standard `click` and `keydown` event handlers to proxy interactions to the hidden file input.
