Copy the extension to phpBB/ext/crosstimecafe/pmsearch
Copy the contents of the sample_sphinx.conf file into your system's sphinx.conf file.
Go to "ACP" > "Customise" > "Extensions" and enable the "PM Search" extension.
Go to "ACP" > "Extensions" > "PM Search" > "Settings" and Rebuild search index
