Provides a local dev VM (Ubuntu 14.04) for castlemind using Vagrant and
ansible. The build instance includes:
* the app folder synced from the host to the vagrant VM at
`/home/vagrant/castlemind`
* a locally accessible IP (`192.168.32.30`)
* two app instances (bound to `:3201` and `:3202`) and an nginx
instance (`:80`) up and running
* very basic upstart and nginx configurations for managing the app and
proxying requests

This is a checked-in copy of the code in bennojoy/nginx#14. It's only copied here to get access to those changes without requiring the joys of git submodules or a forked playbook over on ansible-galaxy.
