Changed file to make it possible to use the STOMP motion planner on the kinetic branch with industrial moveit.

Sorry for late replying.
We want to check your PR with building test.
But now, we do not have the travis setting for kinetic.
After the setting of travis, we will merge your PR if it succeed to build.

I added a travis setting example on the branch mk/add_travis_kinetic by using industrial_ci. See the following sites for details.

NOTES

In order to pass travis test, some items are removed as follows. Please check them out before you guys finally use this setting.

  • launch tests are disabled.
  • kinect and ar_tools are removed from .rosinstall file
