This reverts commit 7ed2c7e. This breaks the performance report, because it compares Lix vs Nix and needs more thought before re-application.
These were fixed recently, so we don't need the exception anymore.

This reverts commit 7ed2c7e from #451926.
This breaks the performance report, because it compares Lix vs Nix and needs more thought before re-application.
Also added a small fix to make sure that the recent #451929 doesn't regress, at least checked by the updates to the pin.
