Use project uri root in editor config

Hi, This is what we used to do, but some people didn't like the idea of not being able to decide where the files were imported. That's why we decided to using the auto-import settings for this. You can achieve the same result by mapping your project root to the /Game/ as explained https://github.com/Noesis/UE4Plugin#absolute-uris-and-unreal-engine. If you don't want the auto-import functionality, you can exclude everything by adding the exclusion wildcard *. |

I guess I can change it, since it can always be left empty to default to the current behavior. |
