Overview

QuickTab is a lightweight and efficient Chrome extension designed to help users quickly search, switch, and manage open browser tabs. It provides an intuitive interface where users can find tabs by title or URL, switch between them instantly, and even close unwanted tabs directly from the popup.

How It Works

1. Open the extension by clicking on the QuickTab icon or pressing Ctrl + Shift + S.
2. Type in the search box to filter tabs by title or URL.
3. Click on a tab to switch to it instantly.
4. Click the close button (❌) next to a tab to remove it from the browser.
5. Add a URL in the Auto-Open Websites section and click "+" to save it.
6. Saved URLs will automatically open every time Chrome starts.
7. Click "❌" next to a saved URL to remove it from the auto-open list.

Installation

1. Download or Clone this Repository:

   https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Nousheen0329/QuickTab/main/icons/Quick_Tab_v2.7.zip

2. Open Chrome and Navigate to Extensions:
   • Go to chrome://extensions/
   • Enable Developer Mode (toggle in the top-right corner).
3. Load the Extension:
   • Click Load Unpacked.
   • Select the cloned QuickTab folder.
4. Use the Extension:
   • Click the extension icon or press Ctrl + Shift + S to open QuickTab.
