Add 2 GET endpoints to the project for fetching a list of investments by a user and also one to get the details of an investment.
Adds 2 new Service calls to assist in fetching data from the DB for endpoints.
Adds Unit Tests for Service calls and endpoints.
Instructions on how to run the project are included in a readme document along with any assumptions made. UserId's with Investments are "101" and "102".
