Post install instructions

• Just add the "MassEditRelatedLists" component on any object using the app builder
• Alternatively, you can use the lightning quick action "Mass Edit Related Lists" on Account, Contact and Opportunity to start the component.
• You can also add "MassEditRelatedLists_ForUtilityBar" in the utility bar
