Vedi i commenti qui sotto.
Nota che c'è una qualche intersezione con la problematica #4297 e la corrispondente PR #4557 per 14.0 (che è già in 16.0): a occhio mi pare che in #4557 manchi l'azione server e qui manchi la selezione dinamica delle righe.
Magari si possono unire gli sforzi? Anche per tenere allineate le versioni 14.0 e 16.0.
P.S. Grande che hai già incluso un test 👏
