You can close this PR and run the release workflow. The CHANGELOG.md updates are made automatically by the GitHub Actions workflow. You only need to update the CHANGELOG links for projects in source.ohsu.edu. Similarly, you don't need to set the version in pom.xml. This is updated automatically all of our CI workflows, both in Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
