MAINTEINER cleanup

A couple of email addresses have been changed, and a couple have been removed.

@ahmedtiba and @Amit-Radur, if you have a new email address, please let us know so we can update the MAINTAINER file.

The platform Arm Automotive Reference Design was added only a few months ago. Perhaps someone else would like to maintain it?
