Refactor generateDateSection to collect keyword output into a map keyed by keyword name, then emit in a defined priority order (WELSPECS, COMPORD, GRUPTREE, COMPDAT, etc.) with remaining keywords appended afterward.
Remove stale timeStep parameter that was silently converted to false for exportCompletionsAfterMainBoreSegments after the function signature was refactored. Use correct defaults instead.
