This PR extends the set of filtrate and fracture level summary vectors. Some of these are, however, experimental and subject to change and should not be documented in their current form. The following vectors are nevertheless expected to be final.

  1. [CW]FCFFVI[RT] Filtrate injection rates/cumulative volumes in fracture
  2. [CW]FCWFVI[RT] Filtrate injection rates/cumulative volumes in well
  3. [CW]FCFVI[RT] Sum of well and fracture rates/volumes

No unit tests?

Good point. I'll reset this back to draft state pending addition of tests.

This commit extends the number of summary vectors for filtrate
(filter cake) injection rates and cumulatives. In particular, we
now support the following vectors at the connection and well levels:

  * xFCFFVI[RT] Filtrate injection rates/volumes in fracture
  * xFCWFVI[RT] Filtrate injection rates/volumes in well
  * xFCFVI[RT] Sum of fracture and well contributions
This commit adds support for the following new water injection
summary vectors for analysing the fractions attributable to
fracture flow

  - CWIRFRAC -- Connection level water injection rate in fracture
  - CWITFRAC -- Connection level cumulative injection volume in
                fracture
  - WWITFRAC -- Well level cumulative injection volume in fracture

The vectors depend on client code populating Rates::opt::wat_frac
items at the connection and well levels.
