Bug found while running case with CARFIN block taking the entire grid (global refinement) enabling ecl output file.
This PR updates EclipseGrid construction to use the level-0 grid’s logicalCartesianSize() , which is necessary for correct EGRID file generation for CpGrid level grids with LGRs. This method is called here.
