This PR takes into account the parent grid name, to support nested refinement.
It allows running the simulation with nested CARFIN blocks and the flags:
--parsing-strictness=low
--enable-ecl-output=true
--enable-vtk-output=true
Note that some work in opm-common is needed to have all properties.

Please check whether this runs locally.

The error seems related to CUDA and hence unrelated to this PR:

it's not related to cuda, or well, just ignore that spew, it is always there since there is no cuda driver but binary is built with cuda support.
