  • This PR enhances the BLT-Action to support timed bounties as per issue #3883 in OWASP/BLT.
  • It updates action.yml to include bounty-amount and bounty-hours inputs and modifies src/index.js to handle the bounty logic with configurable deadlines. The repository input is now used explicitly.
