Remove homepage badges, add organization philosophy, update projects to 26 repos

Remove GitHub status badges from homepage and add OWASP BLT's infrastructure philosophy (serverless → VPS → cloud). Update projects list to reflect all 26 repositories in the organization.

• Removed all GitHub badges (build status, license, stars, contributors, issues, etc.)
• Added "Our Philosophy" section explaining infrastructure approach:
  • Serverless First - Scalability, minimal maintenance, pay-per-use
  • VPS Second - Balance of control and cost-effectiveness
  • Cloud Third - When complexity justifies cost

Projects (docs/getting-started/projects.md)

• Added 3 new repositories:
  • BLT-CVE - Decentralized CVE database
  • Panini - Banned apps by country tracker
  • BLT-Lettuce-on-Cloudflare - Serverless Slack bot
• Fixed BLT-API name (was incorrectly OWASP-BLT-API)
• Updated statistics: 26 projects, 270+ stars, 380+ forks
• Added philosophy section for consistency
