We're seeing lots of unexpected components found when scanning for things to generate SBOMs.
The current theory is that its due to the way we're now installing dotnet 8 during nuke initialisation.
This PR excludes the
.nukefolder, which means it excludes./.nuke/temp/dotnet-unix/sdk/8.0.416/..., so we should be back to the expected component list
