During the .NET 8 upgrade, we changed to remove TRX test logging.
This broke the logging of the Calamari Flavour tests in TeamCity. This is fixed by using the nuke configuration for teamcity logging
Also, the platform agnostic tests also weren't being reported correctly. Added this as new nuke target and changed the the build config to call this target
