Move to REST server

This pull request changes this project into being a backend only.

To-do:

• Move all controllers to REST
• Clean up controllers to use services as much as reasonable
• Verify file size everywhere
• Use JWT tokens for security Implement JWT & Rework security #14
• Rework security configuration Implement JWT & Rework security #14

Notes:

• Getting resources has been excluded from ProfileController in favour of retrieving them from the resources endpoint.

If dependency additions are a concern, the below dependencies have been added:

• spring-data-commons
• querydsl-apt
• querydsl-jpa
• apt-maven-plugin for the annotation processor & source generation

The following dependencies have been removed:

• fuzzywuzzy
• commonmark
• thymeleaf-extras-springsecurity5
• spring-boot-starter-thymeleaf

When the HTML files are no longer needed for reference they should be removed as well
