Description

Some users have requested adding additional dnf options. Now they can add the dnf options they desire themselves!
It can be done either in the config or via the command line:

dnf_options:
  - 'gpgcheck=0'
  - 'keepcache=1'

or

--dnf-options gpgcheck=0 keepcache=1

I will make it more robust in my next few commits just wanted to put it out here in case anyone was interested in taking a look.

I don't remember what I meant when I said "I will make it more robust" I am not seeing anything wrong with this implementation. Please let me know if I missed anything.
