Update the version check number that collars compare their own versions to to 8.4. This should be merged only when 8.4 is ready for the general public. Once it's updated, people with collars pre 8.4 will get the message that there's an update available, so don't merge until there is!

DO NOT MERGE YET label can be removed and PR merged as soon as 8.4 is ready to release, but this shouldn't be merged until it is, or we'll get a lot of people complaining that their collar says there's an update available! |
