How it works

Everything is a Markdown file. No code required.

employees/cto/EMPLOYEE.md → who Travis is, how he behaves
skills/logo-maker/SKILL.md → step-by-step logo generation workflow
missions/daily-code-review/ → scheduled task that runs every morning

An employee is not a prompt. It's a complete definition:

---
id: cto
name: Travis
role: CTO
department: Engineering
tagline: "Ships code while you sleep"
skills:
  - "Code review"
  - "Architecture planning"
  - "Bug fixing"
  - "Security audits"
---

A skill is a full workflow:

---
name: logo-maker
description: Generate professional logomarks and wordmarks
triggers:
  - "make a logo"
  - "create logo"
  - "design logo"
---

# Step 1: Understand the Brand
# Step 2: Craft the Prompt
# Step 3: Generate with Replicate (Flux)
# Step 4: Generate with Google Imagen
# Step 5: Present and Compare
# Step 6: Refine

All commands

# Pilot (requires account)
openlabor login <api-key> # connect to your org

Contributing

Every employee, skill, and mission is a Markdown file. No code required to contribute.

Add an employee — create employees/your-role/EMPLOYEE.md with personality, skills, behavior guidelines, boundaries.

Add a skill — create skills/your-skill/SKILL.md with frontmatter, workflow steps, examples, optional API integrations.

Add a mission — create missions/your-mission/MISSION.md with schedule, role, and prompt.

Ideas: Product Manager, Recruiter, CFO, Legal Counsel, Pricing Advisor, Contract Reviewer, Competitor Tracker.

PRs welcome. Open an issue first if the change is significant.
