Yes vCenter can be ignored as we are going to drop support for it in 7.0. Extended a bit the import line in what's new; and removed the reference to IMPORTED_ACTIONS in the VMM driver development guide |

Description
There are lot of mentions of VM import in vcenter drivers, do we need to update that? Will be vcenter driver supported in 7.0?
The what's new need more description, but it depends if we plan to replace the
onehost importvmwith something new.Branches to which this PR applies
