Adds ONEAPP_K8S_SERVICE_CIDR configuration parameter for specifying kubernetes ClusterIP services CIDR block. Defaults to '10.43.0.0/16'. Also, it is added automatically to the ONEAPP_K8S_NO_PROXY parameter (HTTP/S proxy exceptions list).
Also added ONEAPP_K8S_CLUSTER_CIDR parameter for setting cluster cidr block.
