Penn LEAD (Penn Longitudinal Executive functioning in Adolescent Development) is a data resource designed to investigate transdiagnostic executive function.
This repository contains data derivatives from running QSIPrep for diffusion data. We provide derivatives including ACPC-aligned structural derivatives such as brain masks and tissue segmentations, denoised and bias-corrected diffusion data with gradients and masks, and quality control metrics and figures. Additional DWI derivatives after processing with QSIRecon can be found here.
