Converts any mp4 to a size-changing wacky wavy mess. Works well with chrome, havent tested on other browsers, probably works on edge. Works on discord for browser, but the desktop app is unpredictable, and it probably doesnt work on mobile.
Example of what happens:
example.webm
(Video originally from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OirZWjCoeo0)
Comes with an example input and exported file.
Program only works on windows (for now) and doesnt seem to support 2.7 due to ffmpeg-python

To use:
1: Name a file 'input.mp4' and put it in the same folder as this readme.
2: Run goofyahhvideo.py, it takes a a few seconds/minutes depending on the length of your video.
3: The exported goofy ahh video will now be playable in a web browser like chrome. It crashes VLC, so dont try that.
