Successfully ran the daily scheduler cycle for the
deps-security-agent. Validated host-repo mode, properly read exclusion set ([]), picked the next agent (deps-security-agent), manually simulated the spawned work environment and memory hooks, and recorded successful lock acquisition and log persistence.PR created automatically by Jules for task 1293264107691914135 started by @PR0M3TH3AN
