Clear on-device cache of conversations and chats to prevent unauthorized access when switching users on-device
Gate access to chats and group DMs. This should be fixed from above, but this also hardcodes a check for authorization.

Stronger AI consent form notifying user of data sent, not just in encrypted chat, but also in unencrypted chat. Unencrypted notification is saved locally to device, encrypted notification is still session based.
