This PR adds a TimeInterval helper class that will be used in the particleset execution. This class is compatible with datetime objects from
datetimeandcftime.This PR also adds Hypothesis, a package to do property based testing. These tests take longer to run, but end up being more robust than unit tests. Happy to hear thoughts on that.
