These were duplicated in the portable/ subdirectory, which can now build both Windows and Linux binaries, either with CMake, or using the Visual Studo project files (Windows only). I moved the associated text files to the portable source code directory.

This moves all the source files to a single
src/ subdirectory, so that each source file appears in only one place.I moved the .txt files from the
windows/subdirectory, too, leaving onlypar3.exein thewindows/subdirectory.@Yutaka-Sawada I added myself as the author of the Linux port to the Acknowledgement.txt file, while keeping you as the main author. Let me know if you have any objections.
