Adds a section to the docs homepage listing the package managers that JLess is available from, analogous to the GitHub installation instructions. Fixes a CSS issue that sometimes caused the headers of these sections to overlap with the code blocks.
Also adds a consolidated list of packaged versions of JLess to the readme - several open PRs (#16, #19, #20) were doing this in their own way so I figured it would be good to consolidate the links to the packaged versions in a single list.
