All data and scripts used for the calculations and figures in the manuscript "Infant Vaccination Does Not Predict Increased Infant Mortality Rate: Correcting Past Misinformation" are located in this repository. The scripts to create each of the four figures in the manuscript are located in the 'code' folder and numbered according to their number in the manuscript. These files also contain the code for any relevant linear regression calculations and corrections. MLR calculations in the manuscript can be found in the MLR.R script in the 'code' folder. The data files used in these scripts are located in the 'data' folder.
