I wonder if this updates the tye process ids and hooks up seamlessly with tim's tye explorer. I assume so |

Brings in dotnet#1495
With this you can stop a service from the dashboard, build the project in VS, then start the service in the dashboard. I've been going back and forth a bit on what/how next step. Using the --watch is perhaps a good option, but then hit a bug in tye. So just going with getting this in first.
