I did a basic check over everything making sure the new links function and so forth. I would recommend doing a full end-2-end test if possible but looks good 👍

SFP-5936
This PR updates the metricbeat version to 7.17.5 from 7.8.
Tested the script and everything installs properly but have not set up an end to end test actually implementing metric beat and getting data into Perch.
