scripts for main GWAS of gestational age in HARVEST, 2017
Initial survival run - refers to things generated end of July 2017. 8 models (maternal/fetal x Prom/Spont x more/less exclusions). 3 PCs, BATCH and in some models AGE as covariates.
Second run with main phenos - four analyses were run in Aug 2017 using only the main pheno files.
Third survival run - all 8 models were re-run in Sep 2017, including 6 PCs and PARITY0 as covariates and different treatment in sensitivity analyses.
Initial linear regression run - refers to initial version of runs generated Oct 2017 while in Cincinnati (linear, linear >=39 wk, linear <39 wk, logistic at 37 wk cutoff, logistic at 39 wk cutoff).
