The scripts in this folder present the Snakemake workflow for a project on the genetic basis of neonatal jaundice in the Norwegian Mother, Father and Child Cohort Study (Moba).
Each respective folder (i.e. scripts, rules, and envs) contains scripts necessary to run the whole pipeline (GWAS, heritability estimation, parent-offspring analyses, polygenic scores, etc).
