- Fix missing sfdisk which is not included anymore in bullseye container - Fix problem with binfmt_misc not being mounted inside docker although present on host
systemd no longer depends on systemd-timesyncd, so we need to include it here
This reverts commit d4cd8f9.

We don't want users to check-in Visual Studio Code workspace or folder settings.
raspberrypi-sys-mods no longer ships 010_pi-nopasswd. This adds an option to re-enable passwordless sudo.
raspi-config changed the function from "passwordless sudo" to "ask for the admin password"
