I realized that sometimes I was updating the velocity vector, then calling calculateDerivatives(). But, calculateDerivatives() differentiaties from the position vector. So, it wasn't being used correctly.
This causes one test to fail, which I'll have to look into later. It's commented for now.PR #50 fixes the one unit test that got commented with this PR.
