The (Not So) Great Formatting Update

I was going to put even more work into unifying the formatting but

1. Discord has changed so much in so little time that this is already a waste of time to keep working on
2. The theme itself has had enough changes in the interim for auto-merge to not work
3. I can't keep doing this. I've got severe burnout again

Changes include:

• Removing unused code
• Consistently spacing codeblocks
• Moving some pieces of code around; all user-facing variables are now together for those who check the theme source for hidden variables
• Probably some other stuff I worked on and forgot
