What's Changed

• New image host + default light mode wallpaper by @PlusInsta in #113

This fixes two issues:

1. UK citizens were unable to see the default background image. (Thanks, Imgur.)
2. I had an alternate version of the default wallpaper, intended for light mode, lying in my files for the last five years. It seems finished to me now, but I never uploaded it, so I can only assume that I hated it at the time. Well, here it is now, and encoded in glorious 5K lossless.

Additionally, the default wallpaper is encoded as WebP lossless instead of PNG. It's the same quality you're used to seeing, but now at a third of the file size.

• Redid the dark/light background color variables so they work with GooseMod.
  • Instead of using the same variable under each theme, there are now two sets of variables under :root so GooseMod can recognize them as separate variables.
• Added accent color hover. This is used on accent-colored buttons when you hover over them.
• Retouched some default background colors to match vanilla more closely.
