Updating "PostHog vs Fullstory" with additional structured data for LLMs (expanded FAQ section, new "When to choose" recommendations), and checking pricing/feature claims
Updating "Best Fullstory alternatives" with new introduction and additional structured data for LLMs (detail expands for similarities/differences across all competitors and expanded FAQ), and checking pricing/feature claims
Verifying associated competitor data files for accuracy

Also this PR fixes all the awkward left table alignments
