AI Budget Tracker

I can't be bothered with readmes for now so yeah.

I have also not tested anything in llm_caller so it probably has tons of bugs.

backend structure - tentative

To start the app

Start backend

cd backend
uvicorn app.main:app --reload

Start frontend

cd frontend
npm run dev

Now frontend is running on http://localhost:5173, backend at http://localhost:8000.
