FOUR-24085: Email Screen is not displaying its styles when it assigned to an Action By Email

Issue & Reproduction Steps

1. Go to server
2. Create an Email Screen
3. Add some styles
4. Publish the screen
5. Create a simple process (start event - task - ABE - end event)
6. Configure ABE
7. Select Screen option in the body field
8. Select email screen created in the email body field
9. add options
10. Save the process
11. Run a Case
12. Press submit button in the first task
13. Wait for the ABE
14. Open the email

Current Behavior:
The email is not displaying the styles added in the Email Screen.

Expected Behavior:
The styles should be displayed in the email.
